Niko, a pizzaiolo who has devoted his life to the timeless art of pizza, took his very first steps through the narrow streets of Naples’ historic center.
At just 12 years old, he was already handling deliveries on his scooter, but his heart was drawn to something greater: the oven.
Every evening, with eyes full of curiosity, he would watch skilled hands transform simple ingredients into true works of art.
The fire burning inside that oven ignited a flame within him — a flame that has never gone out.

After years of hard work, dough, burns, and countless lessons, his dream finally began to take shape.
He learned how to knead, bake, and refine every gesture with precision and dedication.
Every pizza, every detail, every nuance of the cooking process became an act of love — a way to turn sacrifice into something that nourishes and moves people.

Over time, the young pizzaiolo traveled across cities and borders, managing prestigious kitchens and serving pizzas in restaurants that demanded discipline, heart, and passion.
Each time he lit the oven, a new awareness grew within him: the desire to bring an even greater dream to life.

Today, that same flame that guided his first steps lives on in Palato — a place where every pizza is the result of years of experience, sacrifice, study, and passion.
